All I forgot to say...
A kind one you´ve been
one of those always in between
a crowd of admire
someone I never dared to desire
and now it´s me looking through
from the other side at you
Wished I had the courage to say
no please don´t go away
I made a mistake
acting as nothing could break
my foolish selfesteem
a little girl I´ve been
too shy to dare
asking if you could please care
a lil´ more about my heart
it was a farewell my dear right from the start
no beginning and no ending
all my hope I was sending
blinded running through
a oneway street leading to you
think about you every day
wished I had the courage to say
maybe at light if you look into my face
you might see the grace
behind my old black cap
but I put it back on my head
afraid an open word might lead to
never being far enough to you
Now maybe you´ve got her on your side
hope she´s worth to your light
hope she makes you smile
the way I could for just a short time while
I find out all I thought was a dream
nothing´s real we only seem
to be two planets accidently
crossing a path never meant to be
wished I had the courage to say
thanks for the sweetness you made me feel that day.
