Teachers are Teachers
They Are not Trainers or Preachers ;
But they have something special more
They accept the challenge ;
As Saint Dyaneshwar has done ,
Narrated the Gita from
A scholastically backward.

They do not polish a diamond to shine ;
But they carve them out of stones.

Teachers first practice it
Then they teach
As Saint Ramkrishna had done ;
He himself refrain from
Eating sweets and
Removed this habit of a child.
They cultivate the expertise
Through their own
Experienced toil.
