Fighting loneliness

Playing loud music,
trying to find myself,
but I´m lost in you.
Making phone calls,
counting the days until you´ll be back.

Watching TV,
need to hear some sound,
reading something to make time fly.
Having a bath,
thinking of you,
I need to feel touched.

I´m fighting loneliness.
There´s a little light beside my bed.
I´m lonely,
but not alone.

Wondering if my hope is justified.
Like a mystery,
you leave me with questions
that only love can answer.

I know the times come and go,
but love has always been the subject.
