I went to Marcello’s party that Friday night
Not sure it was all about him becoming 33
Guess I’m ashamed it was all about catching
Diedrich’s scene at the top of the Australian hills
He said boy I can smile and make money
Gotta job and well it pays well
He said I’ve got a book that says so
I said I’d better write it down on my hand
Gotta fixing glitter wax gotta pencil in my bag
Alternative zone on my right and top 40 on my left
Then a sister Eline complimenting shoes oh so red
Call me east call me smart
Call me whatever you like
And just as I think I need him
He just smiles and leaves
He just smiles and leaves
It was a night to laugh and cry
It was all about his chick
It was all about a mountain he reached to feel
He said he was due to thank me
I said I don’t find it very necessary to
So I went to Marcello’s party in my olive green outfit
Not sure I was there to celebrate his that or his this
And she said she’s a sister to him
That they both agreed
I’m a sweet to a boy who had to be an actor or something
I said baby you’re not gonna tell me
He’s got a book about it as well
Call me east call me smart
Call me whatever you like
And just as I think I need him
He just smiles and leaves
He just smiles and leaves
And just as I think girl you see
You always win you’ve so much to give him
I only had the Original Pringles
Call me east call me smart
Call me whatever you like
And just as I think I need him
He just smiles and leaves
He just smiles and leaves
