Tears for a loved one
 
Now you´re sitting down at the bay
After you had just a terrible day
You´re looking at the beautiful ocean
not able to hold back the emotions
 
Then you start to cry
Your tears falling down an the sands
And you can try and try
But you can´t stop the shaking of your hands
 
Your one, your only one is gone
There´s nothing you could have done
The last things you told him were in a fight
And then he got shot down last night
 
Again you start to cry
Your tears falling down on the sands
And you can try and try
But you can´t stop the shaking of your hands
 
You don´t know if you can move on
Now you know that he is gone
To you the world has lost its shine
Now you lost your love divine
 
Again you start to cry
Your tears falling down on the sands
And you can try and try
But you can´t stop the shaking of your hands
 
You´re looking at the breaking waves
They calm you down and you feel safe
You feel not as safe as in his arms
Where you were protected of any harms
 
And again you start to cry
Your tears falling down on the sands
And you can try and try
But you can´t stop the shaking of your hands
 
You remember his kiss
And it´s something you will miss
Then there´s the soft touch of his hands
You felt like doing an eternal dance
 
You start to cry
Your tears falling down on the sands

You breathe in and you smell the salty sea
You know nothing will be what it used to be
You don´t know what to do
Nothing will be the same to you
Your last tears they start to dry
You still don´t know the reason why
It had to happen just that way
You wish, forever, that he could stay...

I wrote this poem out of a sad mood that I had a long time ago...I hope you enjoy my little poem although you might think that it´s rather a song than a poem...read it and review it...I´m happy about any feedback I can get...so please...send me feedback...
