HamHocks And Collar Greens In Town Tonight

                                                                                                                                                                       Growing Up:
 
                      To love the Mississippi is to love, is to love the air you breath,love the people
                   and to love the food it all seemed God given,one main party in town was, the
                   weekend in town was hamhocks and greens, some always appreciated by ev-
                   eryone,who live there that was their party, on the weekend.
                      There was love all over,and it flowed in the air, all the love, all the concern
                   , the awareness of who was with them,and where they were,The Mississippi
                   Delta.  So to get hamhocks and greens seemed a blessing to them, and they
                   were happy to be alive.
                       There is where I learned to love, Rural Mississippi.  A land that will take
                   from you if you let it.  It is a land that demands your full attention.  As a baby
                   in the raw , that needs nurturing to a certain degree, seeing is believing, the
                   abondance of mother nature in that area.  Which trained us to love and pro-
                   tect and take care of each other.
                        So after a week of cultivating mother nature, we celebrated, with a pot of
                   hamhocks  and greens in town,with all the family around.
